Emmanuel Mollois visited Albany for just a day to share a 5 course lunch with 30 guests.
Emmanuel showcased his book Et Voila .
Lunch was hosted by Oranje Tractor Winery & cooked by Louise Everett.
It was a fabulous day for all lucky enough to share the meal, wine & the fabulous Frenchman's company.
Sprung brings poets, novelists, scriptwriters,storytellers ,a mixture of genres, generations,and cultural backgrounds together.
